Standard International Tracked Delivery
- 2-21 business days* ( within Switzerland 2-4 days, EU 4-21 days )
- Delivered Monday – Friday by your local Postal Service.
- Shipping Fee: €4 for the standard shipping (FREE for orders over €75)
- We have the option to send it via FedEx Express, delivery time 1- 2 days. The Fee is displayed at the check out.
- Switzerland Shipping Fee: CHF 3.70 (FREE shipping for orders over CHF 70) shipping within 2-4 business days in Switzerland.
*Excluding weekends and Swiss National Holidays.
Taxes & Duties
Orders destined for countries outside of Switzerland are shipped from our HQ in Switzerland. It can be the case, that you need to pay duty and taxes.
Returns
In general, we can’t accept any returns as the products are hygienic.
Please call or E-Mail us if you are not happy with your order. In some cases we can accept returns. Unopened, with all original product packaging and hygiene seals untouched. We are unable to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items that are not re-saleable
If you want to return your products, you will need to cover the cost of return shipping.
