- Select a card intuitively or by category (Morning Glow, Midday Balance, Evening Repair).
- Follow the simple instructions (2–5 minutes each).
- Pair the practice with your skincare ritual:
- Morning: a grounding or energizing breath before applying your Daily Protection SPF
- Midday: a stress release or reset breath to soften tension
- Evening: a calming exhale before cleansing or bedtime
- Allow each ritual to bring you back into your body – into softness, balance, and glow.
No experience needed.

Breathwork changed everything for me – the way I move through my days, the way I experience stress, and the way I care for my skin and my energy.
As a Somatic Breathwork Practitioner, I’ve seen how deeply our nervous system influences our beauty, our glow, and our sense of self.
I created this deck from a very personal place:
from my intention to reconnect with my own body,
to soften overwhelm,
to feel present and grounded again
after becoming a mother, an entrepreneur, a woman navigating many roles at once.
These breathwork rituals became my moments of calm. My way of coming home to myself. And I wanted to share that feeling with you – to bring breath, beauty, and presence together in one meaningful ritual.
