Right of withdrawal for EU customers

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

👉 Important hygiene notice:
For health and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply if:

• a product has been opened, or

• the hygiene seal has been removed or damaged

Unopened and sealed products may be returned within the withdrawal period.

Return conditions

• Returns must be unused, unopened, and in their original, undamaged packaging

• Products that are no longer suitable for resale cannot be refunded, replaced, or exchanged

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
