Product descriptions, images, illustrations, ingredients, dimensions, and other details are provided for informational purposes only and represent approximate values, unless expressly stated otherwise.

RoseKin makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but does not guarantee that all information is complete, error-free, or up to date at all times.

3. Offers and Contract Conclusion

All offers displayed in the online shop are non-binding and subject to availability.

A binding contract is concluded only when RoseKin confirms the order by email or dispatches the goods.

RoseKin reserves the right to refuse orders at its discretion, particularly in cases of incorrect pricing, suspected misuse, or supply limitations.

4. Prices and Taxes

Prices are displayed in CHF and/or EUR, as applicable.

  • For deliveries within Switzerland, prices include Swiss VAT.

  • For deliveries to the European Union or other countries, prices may exclude import VAT, customs duties, or handling fees unless stated otherwise.

Any import taxes, customs duties, or related charges imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.

Prices and product availability may change at any time without notice.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping options, delivery times, and destinations are displayed during checkout.

Delivery is carried out via postal or courier services. Stated delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

RoseKin is not liable for delivery delays caused by force majeure, customs clearance, or logistics partners, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

6. Payment

Available payment methods are shown during checkout.

RoseKin reserves the right to restrict certain payment methods or require advance payment in individual cases.

Orders are processed only after full payment has been received.

7. Retention of Title

All goods remain the property of RoseKin GmbH until full payment has been received.

8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

For customers located in the European Union, statutory consumer rights apply.

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from receipt of the goods, without giving any reason.

Exclusion for Hygiene Products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once the seal has been removed.
This includes cosmetic products that have been opened or used.

9. Inspection, Defects, and Warranty

Customers are required to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt.

Any obvious defects must be reported to RoseKin without undue delay.

In the event of a justified defect, RoseKin may choose to repair, replace, or refund the affected product in accordance with applicable law.

Mandatory statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

10. Returns

Returns must comply with applicable withdrawal rights and hygiene regulations.

Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original, undamaged packaging.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

11. Transfer of Risk

The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery of the goods, in accordance with applicable law.

12. Liability

RoseKin shall be liable without limitation for:

  • intent or gross negligence

  • personal injury

  • liability under mandatory statutory provisions

To the extent permitted by law, RoseKin shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit, data loss, or business interruption.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes consumer rights under applicable mandatory law.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and software, is protected by intellectual property laws and remains the property of RoseKin GmbH or its licensors.

Use beyond personal, non-commercial purposes requires prior written consent from RoseKin.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

For consumers, mandatory statutory jurisdictions remain unaffected.

For business customers, the exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be Zurich, Switzerland.
